Policies and Fine Print:
General
- Appointment Cancellation Policy: Please call a minimum of 24hrs before your appointment time to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24hrs, or no-shows, will be billed half of the cost of the cancelled session.
Gift Certificates
- Expiration: Gift Certificates are vaild for 6 (six) months from the date of purchase.
- Cancellations: All appointments at the Urban Haven are subject to our Appointment Cancellation Policy, above.
- Transfers: Yes; Gift Certificates will be honored by whomever presents it (so don't lose it!).
- Refunds: Refunds are available on valid, non-expired Gift Certificates, minus a $20.00 processing fee. To receive a refund, mail the valid gift certificate to the Urban Haven (mailing address) with a note requesting a refund (we recommend that you keep a copy for your records). Refund requests must be postmarked before the expiration date on the gift certificate. Refunds will be issued by check, and mailed to your addess. Refunds may take up to 30 days from the postmark date on your refund request.
